VARIOUS BIBLE STUDIES BY Mike Jones

Minister Ministry is a Kingdom Building organization dedicated to providing resources and encouragement to those who are changing the world through the proclamation of God's Word.

Our Goal: To assist Christian Workers by providing Biblical Information, Christian Literature, and Reference Material in order to get as many people as possible, using as many means as are available, to KNOW CHRIST AS SAVIOR and then TO SHOW CHRIST IN THEIR CHANGED LIFE.

MISSION VERSE: But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all. For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minster, and to give his life a ransom for man (Mark 10:43-45).

METHODS: As funds become available, Bibles or other Christian literature is purchased and distributed to those whom it is felt will benefit the greatest from such material. Some material is printed, some is produced on electronic medium such as CD or DVD, and much information and material is made available on the World Wide Web. Use is also made of Newspapers, Radio, and TV.

MONEY: This is a FAITH MINISTRY depending on God for needed finances. The ministry expands or contracts according to the provision of God. No salaries are paid and operational expenses are kept as low as possible. A yearly financial statement is issued to all contributors detailing all expenditures and tax receipts are issued for all gifts received (Minister Ministry is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of South Carolina).

The Lord gave the Word; great was the company of those who published it (Psalm 68:11)

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing (John 15:5). One of the great lessons Jesus taught us was that OUR Job is to Abide and HIS Job is to Bring Forth much fruit! What a blessing it is to know that it is not my (feeble) efforts but His Power that produces the fruit He expects from our life! Over and over we have seen this manifested in the ministry of Minister Minisry. Pastors are refreshed with fellowship and a meal, Souls are saved and churches are built in foreign countries by our support, families struggling through unexpected crisis are assisted, and Ministers are helped and encouraged in their work for the Lord with materials and support. An Amazing God brings forth Amazing Fruit and it is a joy to share with you in helping this fruit develop. THANK YOU!

10 WAYS TO DEVELOP AS A DISCIPLE

Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby (1 Peter 2:1-2).
First Step is to Know that you Know that You KNOW that you are a Born Again Believer:
REALIZE YOU are a Sinner
REPENT that this Separates YOU from God
RECEIVE God’s Offer of Forgiveness by Faith in the Death and Resurrection of Christ
REJOICE in being Born Again by Telling Others (For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation Romans 10:10).
REPLACE your Old Life by Actively Attending and taking Part in a Local Church.
Here are 10 Guidelines that will help you become the best Christian you can be: [And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm (Daniel 1:20)].
1. Study Scripture-(2 Tim 2:15) Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2. Practice Praying- (Luke 18:1) And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint. Do it. Don't just learn about it.
3. Cull your Companions- (Prov 27:17) Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. Influence (Talk and Walk of others) influences you!
4. Consistently come to Church-(Heb 10:25) Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Where they teach the Book, the Birth, and the Blessed Hope. Keep your heart warm by staying close to the Fire of Christian Fellowship
5. Mind your mind- What you think; you are (Prov 23:7) For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he. Watch what you watch! and read, and think on.
6. Determine your Discipleship. EVERY Christian is Part of the Body of Christ. Find your Place and Do YOUR Part. "Faith without works is dead"-- The average Christian "Plans" to do something for the Lord "Someday". My motto is "I will do WHAT I can, WHERE I am, with WHAT I HAVE".
7. Loath Lukewarm- “Lukewarm Christian Living” makes God Sick (So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth Revelation 3:16). Stay as far from sin as possible/Stay as close to God as you can. Don't spend your life asking "What can I get by with?", instead; ask yourself, "What can I do to get closer to God".
8. Generously give- Give your Self, your Service, & your Substance
9. Make God Goals your Goal - It is generally people that determine to read a certain number of Bible Chapters a day, to pray a certain amount, to witness to someone every week; that accomplish something for the Lord. The average Christian's greatest weakness is that they simply want to go to Church (and Heaven!) instead of Serve the Lord.
10. Seek to Serve as a Servant- The Greatest Good anyone can do is to serve the Lord. The greatest Accomplishment any person can have is serve the Lord. The Greatest "Greatness" anyone can have is to serve the Lord (He that would be greatest of all shall be servant of all).
Disciples Do what you don't want to do! Jesus continually culled his followers by demanding they chose between the easy course and the Cross. If you are to accomplish anything for the Lord it will be because you live for Him in the Valleys as well as on the Mountain Top
DOES YOUR DISCIPLESHIP MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND FOES?
